This is the start of my third block of my crazy quilt,
 have Angels in the centre of some of the blocks

This is my Advent Angel now completed.

What have I been up to lately?

 Well I have been very busy lately, I seem to gather some speed now to get my Advent Angel done
and also have so  many ideas in my head that I want to embroider on my blocks, my hands cannot
keep up with all the stitching and then I seem to forget what I wanted. hehehehe will have to start making
notes of all I want to stitch.

A bit of crochet!

I crocheted this to test if pattern I got was right, well
it was too bulky because it has to be folded double,
 so I decided to half it and look
it works great, I now have a lovely butterfly for my crazy quilt blocks.

Remember this? I have now completed all 25 basic blocks
which are 50x50cm each. I wanted to have it done
by the end of this year and have just just made it.
So next year will be the fun year to do the embelishments.
Oooooo I cannot wait to start.

This is a table runner I am making for my daughter in her chosen colors.
Its a William Morris pattern and doing it with paper applique and blanket stitch.

This is a baby warthog that was abandoned by  its mom and now being
raised by daughter. Here he "Uban'  is week old and had to be fed every hour.
