World's Biggest Hexigon Quilt

Here is the link and this is the hexigon group I made. So at least I know of
one of local fabric by Da Gama that is there.

Hi Susan, I am pleased to say I contributed to that quilt - not much considering the toal size - but 10 blocks went their merry way for that effort!

Hmmm...that is interesting...also your mention of da gamma...where does one buy pretty fabric in the cape? In Johannesburg we bought some lovely material last week...it's on our blog...but we still havent found a good shop for it in the cape...we are exhibiting our handmade buttons at the quilt show in stellenbosch next month and hope to find some good fabric there...are you coming to the show?

  Matthew grew this rose from a cutting. And now she is rewarding him for taking good care of her! Slowly l am getting the back stitching do...
