Time just flew by!

Hi, l have been so busy lately! February is nearly done! Its been drs, homework, food and pills  shopping. Neil has karate 2x weekly in afternoons so waiting for him gives me reading time! Also having loadshedding of 12 hours a day also needs to be taken into consideration. Urgggg this government is useless and corrupt.

Anyway l am now trying to get my hexi quilt top done.

Also have Liams quilt top done and will start sandwiching it next week.
Have lots of 2 1/2 inch squares left and going to add prairie point with the binding.

This is my working table where l do most of my diamond dotting for a hour early morning around 5 to 6am. I then go onto some folding the prairie points getting ready to add when l have finished quilting it. Around 7am l go and sit in lounge and work on my hexi quilt. Lots of daylight needed. When there is loadshedding early morning l have  small precharged lamp to see where l am working.

Tonic our cat loves catnip and l bought a small ball of it from a recycle shop in town.

Coco watching from inside the truck at kids playing in the sea. Was to hot for her to sit in the back of our small truck, the mat is black and gets too hot standing in the sun.

Made this cute pillow for my best friend.

Finished stitching this cross stitch piece.

Our son and his family went on an overseas trip for 2 weeks. They went to a few places and also Venice  so of course l requested them to go the Murano the glass blower island and they brought me a thimble and magnet holder and hubby got some type of drink mix. They went to Ferrari factory, legoland and had lots of real pizza's.

Well now l am up to date with my life. Today its cloudy and nice. I am finishing the last of the hexi's then l am going to try to get Liams quilt sandwich and going to watch a Harry Potter movie with grandkids this afternoon. I have not even read any of the books. Hehe.
Take care and keep crafting.

Thaankful!

Found a very nice fish añd chips shop nearby us.  Its my Birthday month and I started a new small cross stitch patte...
